Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Motor City, Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 10,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Working Days & Hours: 5 days a week with alternate Saturdays off
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and excellent communication abilities. This role requires someone who can multitask, support day-to-day office operations, and work closely with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Draft, format, and manage documents using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assist in managing schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Handle basic accounting entries and reports using Zoho Software.
- Review, edit, and manage files using Adobe Acrobat and Bluebeam.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support project-related administrative tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft Project is an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe and Bluebeam software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge and experience with Zoho Software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
