Job description

Charterhouse is currently working with a leading global law firm based in Dubai, seeking to hire a proactive and results-driven Administrator to support their professional team with administrative tasks. Due to the demands of the position, candidates should have experience in the legal, financial, or professional services industry.

About the role

The Administration Assistant will perform administrative tasks assigned by the legal practices to support team members, such as practice executives and partners within the Dubai Office. They will also provide efficient and diverse administrative, organizational, and document support to all practice areas within the firm.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing front-of-house duties by welcoming clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, taking messages, and answering queries. The role also involves arranging meetings, conferences, training sessions, and organizing travel and accommodation. Assistance with legal tasks such as document support and billing may also be required.

About You
