Job Title: Flight Operations Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Control daily operational activities of the Flight Operations and assist the Operations Management in supervising the workforce and coordinating with clients, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe operation of people, production, and catering services, providing customers with the highest standards of service and product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff through training, motivation, and counseling to achieve objectives.
- Coordinate with airline representatives regarding catering uplift, passenger figures, and additional services.
- Prepare catering order forms and forward to concerned sections.
- Ensure loading/offloading procedures adhere to airline, company, and security policies.
- Conduct spot-checks to ensure food and equipment are provided as per standards and schedule.
- Verify checklists and documents, ensuring completion and signatures before forwarding to Accounts.
- Maintain high-quality service through cost-effective management and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement corrective actions from incident investigations.
- Implement safe working practices in accordance with EKFC policies.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, including incident due diligence.
- Monitor resource allocation and communicate shifts and variances to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (required).
- Certifications related to Six Sigma, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Flight Operations, Food Packing, or Logistics, preferably in Airline Catering or Food Industry.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
