Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 5:00, Friday 8:00 - 12:00

Job Overview

Support the development and compliance of the Administration function and provide efficient service delivery aligned with departmental and corporate strategy. Responsible for the day-to-day Administration activities and ensure compliance with company policies, government, and labor laws.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Type quotations, letters, memos, tenders, invoices, and LPOs.
  • Monitor and send order requests for stationery and office supplies.
  • Make photocopies of documents.
  • Archive all invoices, contracts, and documents needed by the Admin Supervisor.
  • Receive and answer telephone calls for the Admin Supervisor.
  • Arrange meetings, make appointments, and maintain appointment schedules.
  • Follow up with drivers/office boys and maintain attendance.
  • Perform any other related tasks as may be required.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
  • Knowledge of PC and related software (Word, Excel, etc.) and data entry.
  • Good command of English.
  • Ability to type in English accurately.
  • Ability to maintain good filing systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to deal with other staff.
