Job Description
  1. Meeting preparation, organization, and set up for Team leads, personnel teams, and external customers.
  2. Interface with senior and high-level customer personnel on behalf of the Team leads.
  3. Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  4. Conserve Team lead's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  5. Maintain Team lead's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel and expense reports, set-up for customer meetings to include food and beverage ordering, and assemble meeting material packages.
  6. Assist with monthly reports and program deliverables.
  7. Oversee program onboarding of new personnel.
  8. Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  9. Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
  10. Work with office administration staff to ensure strong team office efficiency.
Required Skills
  1. Active Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  2. 8-10 years experience as Administrative Assistant.
  3. 5 years experience working with government customers.
  4. Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and must be Internet savvy.
  5. Willing to learn additional software products, i.e. Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Adobe Photoshop.
  6. Strong attention to detail.
  7. Able to interface with senior management, employees, and customers in a highly professional manner.
  8. A self-starter, willing to take ownership of projects and processes.
  9. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, work within tight deadlines, and be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
