Overview
We are seeking a Fresh Graduate applicant who is detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Data Analyst Assistant to support both the administrative operations and data analysis tasks within our team. This role combines traditional administrative support with analytical functions, playing a vital part in organizing, analyzing and presenting data to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain schedules, meetings and calendars for team members or executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and other communications, directing them appropriately.
- Assist in the coordination of team events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean and organize data from various sources.
- Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets or data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau) to analyze and present data.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports to support business operations.
- Identify trends, patterns and insights to assist with decision-making.
- Support ongoing projects by gathering metrics, tracking performance and providing data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Fresh Graduate)
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets or data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau) to analyze and present data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
