Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome clients/guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  3. Manage front office operations, including supervision & monitoring of housekeeping & maintenance teams.
  4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and handling correspondence.
  5. Handle and manage all client bookings.
  6. Support business center clients in their daily operations as needed.
  7. Maintain an impeccable office appearance and hospitality standards.
  8. Provide a seamless experience for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a positive first impression at all times.

Requirements:

  • Location: Candidates must be based in UAE.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Presentable with an elegant, professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, office management tools, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
