Job Title: Admin Support Cleaning

Salary: AED 6,000 7,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Cleaning Manager

Priority Level: High

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Support Cleaning professional toassist the Cleaning Manager with scheduling, coordination, and administrative duties related tocleaning operations. This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structuredenvironment, can juggle multiple schedules, and ensures that cleaning operations run smoothlybehind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and manage cleaning schedules for the housekeeping team across multipleproperties.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely access, handovers, and readiness ofproperties for cleaning.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning logs, staff attendance, supply usage, and reportingdocumentation.
  • Monitor completion of cleaning tasks, flag delays or issues, and follow up with the on-groundteam.
  • Assist with tracking stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and notify the CleaningManager when replenishment is needed.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on cleaning performance, task completion, and scheduleadherence.
  • Act as the right hand to the Cleaning Manager, helping to ensure operational effectivenessand consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role (preferably in cleaning,housekeeping, or facilities management).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
