Alokozay Group of Companies is seeking a detail-oriented Admin & Procurement Executive to provide administrative and procurement support, ensuring efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration and procurement, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
Admin Duties
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including emails and physical correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • File and organize documents both physically and digitally.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including setting up rooms, equipment, and refreshments.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Provide support to senior staff and management as needed.
Procurement Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and place purchase orders.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Follow up to ensure timely issuance of purchase orders, delivery, and payments.
  • Assess procurement needs with internal teams and support the process before and after issuing Purchase Orders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and related documentation.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
  • Maintain procurement data and reports, and coordinate logistics for seamless delivery.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Office Management, Procurement, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in administration and procurement in the UAE.
