Administration & Operations Executive

We are working with a leading international real estate brokerage seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to join their Exclusive Projects division in a role that combines operations, administration, and executive support.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performing team delivering some of the region’s most prestigious property developments. The position offers exposure to both day-to-day sales operations and senior-level administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a senior team member
  • Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and facilitate communication
  • Assist with meeting materials, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate with external agencies and developers throughout the sales cycle
  • Ensure proper registration and documentation processes are followed
  • Maintain internal sales trackers and CRM systems
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to support team performance
  • Assist with onboarding, marketing coordination, and internal process improvements

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in administration, operations, or executive assistant roles (real estate or related sectors preferred)
