Job summary

A growing real estate agency in Dubai is looking for a highly organized Admin Officer to support operations. This full-time role requires at least 2 years of experience, preferably in real estate, and knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a strong advantage. The ideal candidate will manage documentation and coordinate with clients and teams. Salary is AED 8,000/month.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an admin or coordination role, preferably in real estate.
  • Prior experience working with a real estate developer.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a strong advantage.

Job Title: Admin Officer – Real Estate Company

Location: On-site

Salary: AED 8,000/month

About the Role:

We are a fast-growing real estate company looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with real estate developers and be confident in handling documentation, client coordination, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain reservation forms, payment receipts, and SPA (Sales Purchase Agreements)
  • Oversee inventory records and office supply management
  • Draft and maintain sub-broker agreements
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth operations
  • Experienced in Salesforce CRM (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an admin or coordination role (preferably in real estate)
