Job description

  • Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts and agreements recruiting companies and labor supplying companies, vendors, and service providers (local and overseas).
  • Liaise with international and domestic partners for staffing-related agreements, supplier onboarding, and ongoing coordination.
  • Oversee and coordinate general administrative tasks, including office supplies management, equipment maintenance, and document control.
  • Support HR and recruitment teams with logistics for onboarding, visa processing, and employee record keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements for documentation and vendor contracts.
  • Maintain a centralized filing system for administrative records, contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and procurement tracking.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice processing, payments, and budget tracking related to admin and supplier contracts.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendors regarding administrative and operational matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in an administrative or contract coordination role, preferably in a staffing, recruitment, or manpower services company.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management, including international vendors.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor and procurement practices is a plus.
