Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin Manager / Palace Manager for a prestigious private property in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in administration finance and human resources and experience managing operations within a high-end private household or luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the property

  • Manage and support the finance and HR teams (approx. 20 staff members)

  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and maintain operational standards

  • Monitor and manage budgets financial reporting and payroll processes

  • Handle recruitment onboarding and employee relations in collaboration with the HR team

  • Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and compliance requirements

  • Provide regular updates and reporting to the principal or senior management

  • Maintain high standards of discretion confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative management role preferably in a luxury or private household setting

  • Strong understanding of financial procedures and human resource management

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams

  • Confident in problem-solving and decision-making

  • Professional demeanour with a high level of discretion

  • Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
