I'm hiring an Admin Manager for my clients organisation.
Location: Dubai
Salary: Up to AED 20,000
This is a newly created role, offering the opportunity to build and shape the department in alignment with the company’s operational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, people management and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings, business travel (tickets, hotels, visas), conferences, and corporate events.
- Oversee administrative support for internal events, meetings, and company functions.
- Supervise and guide a team of administrative staff including receptionists, clerks, and drivers.
- Develop, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare and manage the administration budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate staff travel logistics and visa processing.
- Maintain effective filing, archiving, and record-keeping systems (physical and digital).
- Support the Regional HR Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Manage vendor contracts and services such as security, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Oversee office-related equipment and fixed asset tracking.
- Act as the main admin liaison between departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Ensure general office upkeep, supply management, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal administrative standards.
- Ensure timely execution of all administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Admin Manager or Assistant Admin Manager
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Oracle Fusion, and Visio
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
