About the opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support departmental processes and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications for the department
  • Handle data entry, system updates, and generate reports as required
  • Assist with tracking and following up on department-specific tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Serve as a liaison between the department and other internal teams or external partners
  • Prepare presentations, forms, and other administrative materials
  • Monitor and manage department-specific tools, systems, or databases
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, correspondence, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and departmental procedures

  • Prior experience in an administrative support role preferred, but not required
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
