Job description

Scope of Work As a Admin cum Graphic Designer you will be responsible for: • Write and edit emails, newsletters, event blurbs, and member communications • Design graphics for social media, print materials, event branding • Maintain contracts, event RSVPs, and sponsorship communications • Track deadlines, assist with CRM entries, and follow-up schedules • Support Concierge-like tasks: coordinate RSVP lists, member preferences, handle inquiries, assist high-value guests

• Educational Qualification: Certification in Graphic Design, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in administrative roles and graphic design (combined or separately). Experience working with CRM systems and client communications is a plus. • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to design content for social media, print materials, and event branding. Strong creative and visual storytelling skills. • Administrative & Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in drafting emails, newsletters, and formal communication. Ability to handle RSVP lists, contracts, and schedule follow-ups. • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities. Proven ability to track deadlines, maintain documentation, and manage logistics. • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace). Experience using CRM tools and managing member databases is an advantage. • Personal Attributes: Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Team player with a positive attitude and professionalism.
