Admin cum Accounts Coordinator

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities
:

Manage invoices and maintain accurate payment tracking
Follow up with customers regarding payments and required documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows
Perform general administrative tasks, including document preparation and filing
Handle accounts-related activities such as basic bookkeeping and data entry
Support management with daily reporting and ad-hoc administrative duties
Maintain good relationships with clients and vendors through timely communication
Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations

Requirements :

Proven experience in admin/accounts roles within the UAE (mandatory)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software
Prior experience in the car rental industry is a strong advantage
Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
