A leading company in the UAE is seeking an Admin Coordinator to support HR functions, including travel arrangements, recruitment events, and system administration. We are looking to hire an Admin Coordinator who will be responsible for arranging travel bookings, budget monitoring, system administration, coordination of recruitment events and trips, ordering materials, scheduling interviews, coordinating with global recruitment agencies. This role is for our client based in Dubai, who are one of the largest companies in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable based on performance. The role sits within the HR Department.
