Job description

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve betterresults.

  • Preparing proposals, purchase orders, receiving reports and delivery notes
  • Orders are checked against items on requisitions or invoices.
  • Checks and reports on the condition of items that have been received or are about to be transported. Shipments that are damaged or inadequate are reported.
  • Maintains certificates and records of activities
  • Performs clerical functions incidental to stock activities
  • Support employees may be supervised and instructed.

Requirements

  • Must be Emirati national

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Our starting salary package AED 9000 / monthly plus NAFIS and another AED 1000 / - increment upon successful completion of six months probation period.
