Job description

We are seeking Admin Assistant/Personal Assistant to join our team and provide comprehensive support to our Sales Department.

  • Support Manager in day-to-day administrative task.
  • Manage and maintain Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare documents, presentations and reports when necessary
  • Make submissions, sample requests, information requests
  • Utilize entry and handling requests and orders into production.
  • Register new customers/clients and handle client’s inquiries.
  • Assist team with administrative tasks and account management when needed
  • Work with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and order processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients over email and phone.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably at a fragrance house
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative support.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and Arabic is an advantage.
