Job Description:

Admin Assistant - Al Dhafra Region

Parsons is seeking a talented Admin Assistant to join our team! In this role, you will enter data and produce reports using standard office automation or department-specific applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Process documents through all procedural steps according to well-defined procedures and guidelines.
  2. Ensure document control requirements (e.g., numbering system, signature approvals) are met throughout the project.
  3. Receive, track, and monitor documents using document management programs; maintain databases; produce logs, transmittals, and reports.
  4. Enter data and generate reports using office applications.
  5. Scan documents for electronic storage.
  6. Maintain data distribution schedules based on client, project, department, and supplier requirements; expedite review and approval processes.
  7. Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, answering phones, and keeping logs.
  8. Assist staff in implementing project-specific procedures and training in document control.
  9. Perform other duties as required, contributing as a team player who is deadline-driven and collaborative.

Required Skills:

  • Certificate or Diploma in a related field
  • Arabic speaker
  • Willing to work in Al Dhafra Region
  • Over 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant in the UAE
