Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and office organization.
  2. Manage and update client databases and real estate listings on various property portals.
  3. Assist with document preparation, filing, and maintaining records.
  4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client communications.
  5. Ensure smooth office operations and provide support to the real estate team.

Must-Have Qualifications, Experience and Lifestyle:

  1. At least 2 years of real estate brokerage experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  2. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
  3. Strong familiarity with real estate property portals (such as Property Finder, Dubadu, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Professional communication skills, both written and verbal with a pleasant tone over the phone.
  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  7. Must be a physically active person who is willing to commit to a company fitness program daily.
  8. Should be able to read at least one book a month.
