An established industry player is seeking a dedicated administrative professional to manage student enrolment and maintain essential records at their aviation academy. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring accurate data entry, and handling examination responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, enabling them to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 1. Manage AMEC enrolment procedures and student file tracking.
2. Create student folders for each batch.
3. Maintain soft copy records of students, instructors, and training schedules.
4. Manage module subject records, including mark sheets, attendance, student and instructor feedback, and FAPs.
5. Maintain OJT records, including host reports, attendance, student feedback, and FAPs.
6. Handle warning letters and all related correspondence.
7. Coordinate and order study materials.
8. Track student attendance.
9. Monitor AMEC staff attendance.
10. Track uniforms for both AMEC staff and students.
11. Liaise with IT for website or software-related issues.
12. Coordinate with the accounts department for any concerns.
Examination Responsibilities:
1. Invigilate CAR/Part-66 and internal examinations.
2. Handle CAR/Part-66 exam-related emails and manage access to the FujAA website.
3. Verify any External new application in FujAA website
4. Manage calls related to CAR/Part-66 exams.
5. Scan essay exams.
6. Liaise with IT for website or software-related issues.
7. Coordinate and communicate with administrative staff from the 145 company.
8. Follow up on any issues with the accounts department.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
- Accuracy in tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Ability to address issues as they arise efficiently.
