Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the clinic by assisting with daily tasks, coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and supporting staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and professional responses
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Support billing and payment processes
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
Prior experience in an administrative role preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Customer service-oriented
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
