• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing inquiries related to properties.
• Manage property listings (Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle), updates, and database management to ensure accuracy and visibility.
• Prepare contracts (Form A, B and F) agreements, and other required documentation in compliance with legal standards for Real Estate Transactions.
• Responsible for preparing tenancy contracts, handling tenants, processing Ejari and DEWA registrations, managing property transfers, and handling conveyancing.
• Coordinate meetings, property viewings, and appointments with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence; maintain organized records and filing systems.
• Handle basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
• Assist in the organization and coordination of office activities.
• Adhere to RERA rules and regulations (Full knowledge of Trakheesi).
