This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities by providing top-notch administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.

  • Prepare, maintain, and organize documents and reports with accuracy.

  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for management and team members.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.

  • Support internal departments with various administrative tasks as needed.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely reordering.

  • Assist in maintaining company records, databases, and documentation.

  • Help with logistics coordination and follow-ups with clients and vendors.

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data.

Qualifications and Skills:
