The Role

Responsibilities include:

  1. Welcoming, assisting, and directing clients and guests of the organization.
  2. Answering incoming calls, redirecting them appropriately or handling inquiries.
  3. Organizing meetings and conference calls.
  4. Receiving and dispatching mail.
  5. Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
  6. Providing administrative support to the team as needed.
  7. Documenting financial transactions and monitoring company accounts.
  8. Managing accounts receivable and payable, posting transactions, and making bank deposits.
  9. Handling leave records, medical, and insurance claims.
  10. Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries.
Ideal Profile
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in the consumer industry.
  2. Prior accounting experience is a plus.
  3. Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Good communication skills, professional in handling calls.
  5. Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numerical data.
  6. Team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  7. Goal-driven, able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
