American University of Sharjah (AUS) invites applications for an adjunct teaching position in psychology starting August 2025, covering one or two courses in the fall semester. We welcome candidates from any specialization, with the ability to teach areas such as developmental, abnormal, organizational, cultural, or biological psychology, as well as psychotherapy and counseling. Class meetings are held twice weekly across Sharjah’s four-day work week (Monday to Thursday).
Candidates must have a master’s or PhD in psychology (or PsyD) and professional experience reflecting a strong commitment to teaching or service in the discipline. Candidates with a master’s degree must demonstrate at least one of the following qualifications:
