Job description

Your Role:

• Leads groups of international students on a variety of activities and day trips
• Creates a lively atmosphere during excursions, delivering excellent customer service
• Takes responsibility for health and safety of all students including completing and adhering to riskassessments and emergency situations in line with EF policy and procedures
• Research new destinations to lead new and exciting culturally immersive tours
• Liaises with co-leaders and the Activities Team to discuss how to improve future activities andgives a thorough handover after each activity or event to aid future planning
• Attend and assist the School Team with large events
• Ensure the EF Student Code of Conduct is followed at all times and inform the managementimmediately of any misconduct

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and sociable, able to welcome students to their new environment
• Confident in leading and managing groups of students
• Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
• Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm under pressure
• Customer service minded and quality oriented
• Confident working with teens and young adults
• Awareness and appreciation of cultural differences
• Excellent communicator both with students, colleagues, and external clients
• Fluency in English
• Right to work in the Dubai at commencement of employment
