What will I be doing?

The Activity Coordinator serving Hilton brands is responsible for working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out daytime and evening programs for adults and kids
  • Supporting and organizing birthday parties
  • Ensuring guests participate in all activities during the day
  • Acting as an ambassador of the hotel and its facilities, demonstrating service excellence, work ethics, responsibility, flexibility, confidentiality, and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences
  • Ensuring safe operations and pollution prevention risks are managed
  • Reporting non-conformities, accidents, and hazards to the supervisor
  • Managing multiple tasks calmly in high-paced, stressful environments and working under pressure
  • Maintaining cleanliness of activity areas and the kids' club
  • Replacing Kids Club Team Members or Receptionists in their absence
  • Performing scheduled choreographed and rehearsed activity routines
  • Maintaining a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in line with Hilton standards and working varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
