Job Overview
As an Acquisition Associate at Amazon UAE, you will play a key role in securing new properties to support the company s growing logistics infrastructure. You will work closely with the AMET Operations Real Estate team to handle the search, analysis, and acquisition process for commercial spaces such as warehouses and retail sites. The position is offered as a 12-month contract with the potential for renewal or conversion to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support Amazon s dark store and warehouse expansion efforts across the Middle East
* Source and evaluate commercial real estate options (retail, warehouse, office)
* Conduct market research and analysis for potential sites, focusing on Dubai
* Coordinate acquisition-related documentation, due diligence, and internal approvals
* Maintain up-to-date records on all property transactions and lease activities
* Collaborate with internal real estate, legal, and finance teams on leasing matters
* Ensure timely and accurate reporting of transaction progress

Job Requirements

* Prior experience in real estate acquisition, site search, or brokerage
* Strong understanding of Dubai s commercial property market
* Valid UAE driver s license and willingness to travel locally
* Strong organizational and documentation skills
* Basic knowledge of real estate contract processes and market regulations
