Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai is hiring for an integrated accounting and sales role focused on linen rental for a portfolio of hotels, hospitals, restaurants, spas and gyms. You will manage day-to-day books in Tally, invoicing, reconciliations, VAT compliance and MIS reporting while actively generating leads and closing sales with strong client engagement.

The role combines accounting duties with client-facing sales responsibilities, requiring UAE VAT knowledge, Excel proficiency and a valid UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally (Tally Prime preferred).
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience – must.
• Working knowledge of UAE VAT.
• Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• UAE driving licence is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books in Tally incl. sales, purchases, receipts and journals.
• Prepare customer invoices including rental billing and follow up on receivables.
• Do bank and supplier reconciliations.
• Prepare UAE VAT returns with supporting records.
• Track inventory and linen stock movement and reconcile with accounts.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and support month-end closing.
• Generate leads and follow up with hotels, hospitals, restaurants, spas and gyms.
• Visit clients and prepare quotations for linen sales and rental contracts.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries and client requirements with operations.
• Maintain client relationships and handle after-sales queries.
• Achieve sales and collection targets.
