Accounts Receivable Manager

Overall Receivables Management for the concerned segment, including:

1. Proper & Timely Accounting of Receipts, Tax Invoices, Sales & Marketing Exps, etc and allocation against the invoices thereof
2. Credit Control - Monitoring overdue status and ensuring overdues remain under control
3. Periodical Review with sales team & Seniors
4. Keeping the receivables ageing clean
5. Maintaining records and documents
6. Checking, posting and accounting of Sales & Marketing expenses
7. MIS on Sales and Marketing expenses
8. Monthly closing

Team Management & Team Building - Will be managing a team of accountants:

1. Maintaining discipline in the team
2. Training the team members in multiple activities
3. Developing a back-up structure within the team

Management of Smaller Group Entities.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in Receivables
2. Experience in Distribution / FMCG companies
3. Proficiency in Excel
4. Experience in Orion software & BI Tools
5. Good communication skills
6. Completed CA, CPA or similar Qualifications
7. FMCG EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
