Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Accounts Receivables Manager with over 5 years of hands-on experience in receivables management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship-building abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Develop and implement credit policies, procedures, and controls to minimize risk and improve cash flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of all receivables and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients to ensure smooth payment processes and resolve payment delays or disputes.
  • Lead and mentor the AR team to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Legal to support receivables strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze AR aging reports, identify potential issues, and take appropriate action.
  • Utilize systems and tools to streamline receivables processes and reporting.
