A leading recruitment network in Dubai is seeking a Receivables Manager to oversee the financial segment, including credit control and team management. The successful candidate will manage a team of accountants and ensure proper accounting practices while maintaining communication with sales teams. Candidates with experience in FMCG are preferred.
Overall Receivables Management for the concerned segment, including: - Proper & Timely Accounting of Receipts, Tax Invoices, Sales & Marketing Exps, etc and allocation against the invoices thereof - Credit Control - Monitoring overdue status and ensuring overdues remain under control - Periodical Review with sales team & Seniors - Keeping the receivables ageing clean - Maintaining records and documents - Checking, posting and accounting of Sales & Marketing expenses - MIS on Sales and Marketing expenses - Monthly closing Team Management & Team Building - Will be managing a team of accountants - Maintaining discipline in the team - Training the team members in multiple activities - Developing a back-up structure within the team Management of Smaller Group Entities.
- Experience in Receivables - Experience in Distribution / FMCG companies - Proficiency in Excel - Experience in Orion software & BI Tools - Good communication skills - Completed CA, CPA or similar Qualifications. - FMCG EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY
