Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Science Park is looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team! Ideally located in Dubai Science Park, in the most sought-after residential area of Dubai. The hotel features 240 rooms and suites, 84 one-bedroom apartments, anchor F&B offerings, and a 1026sqm meeting and events space.

Your day-to-day

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk, your duties will include processing and monitoring accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures, securing revenue by verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data.

You will process and ensure billing is accurate and timely, monitor daily accounts receivable operations, and ensure effective billing and collections, with overdue accounts being collected promptly.

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience:

• Experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
• Experience working with Opera PMS
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask effectively
