Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an Associate – Accounts Receivable to join their finance team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing the company's incoming payments, invoicing, payment tracking, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach. A minimum of four years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field are required.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certification(s) advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming payments and ensure timely collection of receivables.
  • Invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, and customer account management.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate – Accounts Receivable to join its finance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, the selected candidate will play a key part in managing the company’s incoming payments, ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables, and maintaining accurate financial records. • Working closely with the Finance Manager, the Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation, and customer account management. • The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving payment-related issues.

• Required bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Bachelor of Commerce or related fields with preference for Masters’ • Any additional certification(s) relevant to the industry or nature of work would be an advantage • Minimum of four (4) years of experience • Oracle knowledge an advantage and MS Office, particularly Excel. • Excellent organizational skills. • Strong analytical skills.
