Accounts Receivable Accountant

Responsibilities:

1. Reconciliation of Customer Account after collection of payment
2. Reconciling accounts receivable transactions, including identifying discrepancies and resolving them
3. Monitoring accounts receivable aging reports to track overdue payments
4. Follow up with customers and sales personnel for timely collections
5. Follow up for overdue outstanding and take necessary steps to clear the disputes
6. Prepare & verify route AR at the time of handing over between sales personnel and during final exit of employees to issue clearance
7. Corresponding with customers regarding payment status, resolving billing issues, and answering inquiries
8. Generating AR reports and summaries for management review, providing insights into cash flow and outstanding balances
9. Handling movement of rent cars & related Ahocs e.g., traffic fines of employees
10. Reconciliation of customer account at the time of payment receipt & communicating with customer on the same
