Job summary

A top-tier hospitality and leisure group located in Abu Dhabi seeks a Junior Accountant for Accounts Receivable. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of daily financial operations, manage incoming payments, and perform reconciliations while leveraging accounting software. The role offers a salary up to 6K AED based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in accounting software tools.
• Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations and processing of incoming payments.
• Perform day to day financial transactions including posting and recording accounts receivables.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger.

Position Title: Junior Accountant – Accounts Receivable Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A top-tier hospitality & leisure group known for its exquisite offerings and unmatched service Job Description: - Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting invoices. - Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables' data and preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits - Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

- Open to Asian nationals, Female, 35 years old and below - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration - At least 2 years relevant experience in hospitality industry with solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations - Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software tools (SAP, ERP) and has ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
