We are hiring an Accounts Payable Officer with proven experience in SAP and strong communication skills. The role involves timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and vendor payments in SAP.
• Match invoices with POs and receipts (3-way matching).
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve AP queries.
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of AP experience with hands-on SAP knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
