Job description

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments using Coupa procurement platform in compliance with established agreements, company policies and procedures. Verify the completeness and accuracy of POs raised before approving invoices. Ensure the collection of proper documentation including Tax Invoices.
• Onboard vendors in Coupa platform with prompt communication.
• Review, maintain, and file vendor agreements with timely audits on contractual terms.
• Review & approve Credit card payments made by staff & process timely top-up.
• Prompt payments of Utility bills within agreed deadlines.
• Review & process VAT refunds – Ensure complete checking of relevant documents, attend customer inquiries & clarifications and provide prompt response.
• Passing Journal Entries and maintaining accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure accuracy in finances.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain and manage Petty cash float efficiently.
• Maintain professional integrity & trust at all times.

• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment while achieving the agreed SLA’s.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• Working experience in “Coupa” Vendor management system.
• 3-4 years of work experience in relevant field.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office products, specifically MS Excel.
