We have an opportunity with one of our reputed clients in UAE for the position of Accounts Payable Accountant
Position: Accounts Payable Accountant
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Assignment Duration: 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable, from posting to payment.
- Assist with VAT-related matters.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts in coordination with the C&P team.
- Post FI and procurement invoices after verifying approvals and accuracy.
- Handle GR/IR reporting, ensuring services are booked and invoices received.
- Manage master data for materials and services and assist with budget-related issues.
- Prepare monthly AP aging reports, investigate pending items, and liaise with C&P.
- Reconcile supplier statements and support VAT matters and audits.
- Conduct petty cash postings and participate in physical inventory inspections.
- Perform additional duties as required by the company.
Key Requirements:- Around 5 -10 years of relevant experience.
- Should have experience in SAP (Mandatory).
- Temporary Contract – 1 year Contract, could be extendable.
- Candidates from Oil and Gas industry preferred.
