Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant in the UAE who has strong exposure to construction/project accounting, import purchases, landed cost allocation, LC processing, and bank reconciliations.

Requirements include 5–6 years of AP experience, 2+ years in construction, knowledge of VAT and customs duties, and proficiency with Odoo ERP and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of AP experience required.
• Construction / contracting / project-based industry experience preferred.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant with strong exposure to construction/project accounting, import purchases, landed cost accounting, LC processing, and bank reconciliations.

Key Requirements:

• 5–6 years of relevant AP experience
• Minimum 2 years in Construction / Contracting / Project-based industry
• Strong knowledge of 3-way matching, project/job costing & WIP accounting
• Experience with import documentation, LC, Incoterms & landed cost allocation
• Knowledge of VAT & customs duty treatment
• Experience with Odoo ERP or similar ERP
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Commerce
• CA Inter / CMA / ACCA part-qualified preferred
