Job summary

TownX Real Estate Development LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Assistant Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor payments and maintain accurate financial records. You will support the finance team in daily operations and ensure timely, compliant processing of payables.

Applicants should have at least five years of accounting experience, UAE exposure, and strong English communication skills. Immediate or early joiners are preferred, and a Dubai-based visa is required.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Accounts Payable professional to manage vendor payments maintain accurate financial records and support the finance team in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices purchase orders and supporting documents.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on payment queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience including 2 years in the UAE.
• Accounting educational background is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Prior real estate experience is an advantage.
• Maximum age: 35 years.
• Immediate or early joiners preferred.
• Must be available in Dubai on a canceled or employment visa.
