Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounts, Operations & Purchase Manager with strong skills in vendor management, licensing, renewals, and payment processing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the ZOHO platform, be capable of leading a team, and streamline purchasing and operations processes to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor Management: Manage vendor portals, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
  2. Licensing and Renewals: Track software licenses and certifications to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
  3. Payment and Budget Management: Oversee payment processing, align with finance for budgeting, and manage purchasing expenses.
  4. Operations and Team Oversight: Develop and implement efficient operational processes, manage a small team, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  5. ZOHO Platform Management: Leverage ZOHO for tracking accounts, purchase orders, and data analytics to optimize operations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
  2. Minimum 8 years of experience in accounts, purchasing, or operations management.
  3. Proficiency in ZOHO and related tools.
  4. Strong vendor management, payment processing, and budgeting skills.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity licensing.
