The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, alongside significant experience and relevant professional qualifications. Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
  • Professional Accounting/Finance Qualification (CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA) is an asset.
  • Fluency in Arabic would be an asset.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Professional Accounting/Finance Qualification is an asset (CFA, CPA, CMA, ACCA)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Fluency in Google Suite is required
  • Speaking Arabic would be an asset
Job Description
  • Maintain and oversee the company's accounts and finances under the supervision of the Finance Manager
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing Cash Flow and Budgets
  • Coordinate, prepare, and administer the annual operating budget and financial planning
  • Prepare periodic budget forecasts
  • Calculate projected costs and prices for proposals
  • Calculate accumulated actual costs of projects monthly
  • Perform variance analysis of project costs
  • Prepare monthly project progress reports
  • Prepare and issue invoices; follow-up on receivables
  • Oversee periodic receivables, payables, and inter-company reconciliation reports
  • Assist in annual audits and preparation of financial statements
  • Ensure proper administration and monitoring of finances
  • Engage and communicate with stakeholders
  • Maintain financial regulations and controls
  • Report income, expenditure, and budget variations to management
  • Support the Finance Manager in customer relations and team environment
  • Review contractual terms and prepare billing and receivable schedules
  • Analyze proposals for profitability
  • Develop and maintain financial software systems
  • Perform other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate Should Have

Strong knowledge of commercial contract terms, capable of preparing and understanding contracts, and responding to client proposals. Experience in AEC and Real Estate industries preferred. Full knowledge of accounting to finalization of financial reports. Expertise in Tally accounting software. Professional qualification: ACCA / CMA / ACA (Full or Part Qualified). Immediate availability is preferred.
