- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies and service delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and job requirements.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to drive efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and fees with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and expand service offerings.
- Lead regular client meetings to present updates, address concerns, and strategize for future recruitment needs.
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate tracking.
- Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff to foster a high-performing team culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or account management within the staffing industry.
- Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful recruitment outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) .
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus for diverse client bases.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt strategies based on client needs.
- Experience managing high-value accounts or large recruitment projects
