Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. Job description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
  • Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on candidate profiles and job requirements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality, to drive efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and fees with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and expand service offerings.
  • Lead regular client meetings to present updates, address concerns, and strategize for future recruitment needs.
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate tracking.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruitment staff to foster a high-performing team culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or account management within the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) .
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus for diverse client bases.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt strategies based on client needs.
  • Experience managing high-value accounts or large recruitment projects
