Job Description

• Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage cash flow, budget forecasts, and cost controls.
• Conduct variance analysis and ensure effective financial planning.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure accurate VAT calculations and timely submissions as per UAE laws.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Maintain compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Design and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Accounts Payable / Receivable & Payroll

• Oversee supplier and customer account reconciliation.
• Monitor collections and aging reports; implement effective credit control.
• Ensure timely payroll processing and adherence to WPS guidelines.
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.
• Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and support professional development.

Strategic Financial Support

• Support management with financial insights for strategic planning.
