Job Description

Accounts Works

  1. Maintaining Daily Books of Accounts & Reconcile monthly bank statement.
  2. Preparation of Monthly MIS, budget forecasts and required reports by MD.
  3. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable balance and age-wise analysis of Debtors balances.
  4. Prepare overseas & local suppliers’ & employee expenses payment.
  5. Prepare Prepaid & Accrued Expenses & Update monthly in systems.
  6. Preparation of Debit Note & Credit Note.
  7. Maintaining & Processing VAT Return Monthly & Quarterly.
  8. Calculating output & Input Tax of VAT.
  9. Prepare Order (LPO) for Overseas /Local suppliers.
  10. Process Monthly Salary and statutory.
  11. Maintaining of Day-to-day Petty cash Expenses sheet.
  12. Prepare updated SOA & Send to vendors over mail for process payment.
  13. Payment follow-up over telephone.
  14. Monthly payables ledger reconciles before process payment.
  15. Supporting to team members on all accounting issues & compliances.
  16. Prepare Cash Flow Statement weekly/Monthly.
  17. Monthly /year end physical RAK stock auditing with Team’s.
Desired Candidate Profile

Warehouse & Logistics Work

  1. Preparing Invoice/DO for Export/Local-Partially.
  2. Ready shipment arrange collection from overseas vendor place – (By Air/By Sea).
  3. Check all shipment details on Bill of Landing before vessel sailing from origin.
  4. Cross Trade shipment working in advance for save freight charges/Custom Duty.
  5. Import-Re-export check custom compliance for higher value export shipments (Oman).
  6. Local material dispatch & Co-ordinate with local courier (Fly Courier).

Qualification: BCom / BBM / MBA

Work Experience: 4 to 5 years (Exposure in Accounts, Logistic, Warehouse in Oman, Qatar, UAE, middle east countries)
