Job summary

PREMIDIS SARL in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate books, and lead a multi-branch finance team.

You will review GL, TB, P&L and cash flow, monitor margins, and prepare MIS and reports for management. The role emphasizes cost-control, profitability analysis, and timely financial closure, with relocation to Hyderabad expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing/trading or a multi-branch environment.
• CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and completeness of books of accounts
• Ensure timely monthly and annual closing of accounts
• Review General Ledger, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account regularly
• Prepare and review monthly MIS, P & L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports for management
• Monitor Gross Profit and Net Profit margins and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare branch-wise and product-wise profitability analysis to support management decisions
• Compare Actual vs Budget vs Target, identify variances and provide explanations and corrective actions
• Monitor branch and departmental expenses against budgets and control unnecessary expenditure
• Monitor and ensure timely clearance of pending unreconciled and suspense entries
• Review customer outstanding and collections and ensure timely recovery of receivables
• Plan and monitor supplier payments based on due dates and cash flow
• Manage cash flow and fund planning for operations
• Review stock and production variances including shortages and reconciliation issues
• Review product costs and recommend selling-price revisions to protect profitability
• Ensure audit compliance and timely closure of audit observations
• Supervise the finance and branch accounts teams ensuring accurate reporting

Experience

Qualification

CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting, MIS, P & L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, budgeting, variance analysis, and product costing (Raw Materials & Finished Goods).

Team Handling

Experience in supervising and managing finance/accounts teams and branch accounting operations.

Key Skills

Strong analytical, financial reporting, reconciliation, cost-control, and decision-making skills.

Location
